I bought a new pair of trousers this afternoon, an impulsive purchase from a retail outlet at a local garden centre. At £20 they were a bargain, the cheapest I could find them onilne was £25.19 on Amazon.
They're actually described as 'action trousers' so they'll certainly do for walking: they've got six zipped pockets and two with velcro fasteners...exactly what I need.
Most of my hiking clothes are secondhand, bought at charity shops, and that's fine by me - but I do need another pair of practical walking trousers...I've been on the lookout for several months.
